PENGARUH PEMAHAMAN AGAMA TERHADAP ADAB BERPAKAIAN (STUDI SURVEI DI SMK NURUL IMAN JAKARTA)

Abstract

Religious understanding of the etiquette of Muslim women's clothing is a crucial aspect for Islamic Ummah because dressing is not only a form of worship but also a marker of Islamic identity. Therefore, there is a need for a deeper and more consistent understanding of Muslim women's clothing etiquette which is based on the true teachings of the Islamic religion. This research aims to find out whether there is an influence of religious understanding on clothing etiquette at SMK Nurul Iman Jakarta. This research uses the "Descriptive Analytical Correlation" method. The objects of this research were students in classes X, XI, XII of SMK Nurul Iman Jakarta. The population in this study was 327 students, and the sample based on the Slovin formula was 105 students. The research methodology technique uses simple random sampling, to analyze data with product moment (rxy) correlation. The data produced from the product moment rxycorrelation is 0.622, and based on data interpretation it shows that the demonstration method has a moderate or sufficient correlation, namely 0.40 – 0.70.
